MUSIC that is!!!! I find myself being overwhelmed by my overactive mind!.... there are so so many thoughts, ideas, and actions to accomplish! It's like a horrible traffic jam inside my crazy brain!.... kinda like L.A. traffic! On weekends I'm so exhausted and just plain old worn out from work that all I wanna do is veg... be a hermit! It wears on my whole body, physically and mentally!
If you know me well.... you know that I am an extremely emotional person!! It's not only because I ended up with all of the "odd" genes! The blood running through my veins is sensitive! I truly care about others, my family, my hubby... friends... etc. Sometimes I care too much, and... break down crying to a patient in the pharmacy because I'm so worried about them! Now... that's embarrassing!
Music is one way that seems to soothe my heart, my soul... and just takes away all of the confusion of life and worries... and my flowing tears. ;) other times the tunes can make the tears flow faster!
I'm just.... HaPpY, that I can find comfort in something so simple! THANK YOU Playlist, Pandora and to the million CD's I have! :)

You do always have awesome playlists! I think that your sensitivity makes you the amazing person you are. There are way too many hard and cold people around, and far too few who have that ability to have compassion and empathy for others. It is an awesome quality! Lots of love Nat
