RaNdoM tHouGhtS!
Yeah! It's a race... and my mind has won! All of these random thoughts have been running through my head like a hamster on his wheel drinking a Red Bull! LoL!... some of you may know exactly what I mean?! It's even difficult for me to sit still long enough to post this!!!
Well, first of all I want to say that I am so SoRRy to my family, friends and husband for being a rotten friend, sister, daughter and wife! I'm just feeling really... guilty! These feelings come from not being "active" in picking up my phone & calling, or getting out with friends and also taking care of those I LOvE so much! And... this is to my cute friend Brittany.....
What do ya think about that?! :) Sorry for being so gay! Hope we're still friends! Well!... I guess this implies to all of my loved ones!
Ok, another thought now! My anxiety, ADD and moodiness really got the best of me today! I actually fit in perfectly with my kids!... or maybe they didn't help! Anyhow, my intentions were to let them know how very grateful I am for their cute lil examples! Emma & Vincent both got baptized yesterday. It was a wonderful and lightening experience to be reminded of those covenants I made and also memories of "my" baptism day! I'm already looking forward to Zachary, Mia and Karna getting baptized! Yeay!!! :)
This one is especially for my sweet husband, who for some odd reason puts up with all of my dirty crap! You are mY BeSt fRieNd! And I LoVe YoU more than words can say!!!! Thank you Kim for making my day so much brighter and from so far away! And, Brittany!... I just LoVe your lil Smart-A! :)

Nat,
What are you baking??? Do tell. I had a package for you ready to mail out, then I realized with the weekend it would sit at the post office an extra day. SO, since you shared your best caramel popcorn on the planet! Try this one, it will taste much better right out of the oven rather then out of a two day old package...
Sweet and Spice Popcorn
(I had to double the ingredients to pour over my popcorn)
BEWARE-this is addictive! So simple and yet so delicious!
• 4 quarts popped popcorn
• 3 tablespoons butter or stick margarine
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
Place popcorn in a large roasting pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add the sugar, water, cinnamon and salt; cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over popcorn; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
LOVE YA KIM
Hello Josh and Nat-- Man I am so bad that I haven't kept in touch better with you since I have had your blog for a while now.
It looks like things are going well for you two. I always ask for updates from Jan, etc.
Jason did apply to Loma Linda but we haven't heard back from them yet.
Hope school is going well for Josh. We hope we see you at Christmas time.
Sorry things didn't work out tonight. Totally my fault...I didn't plan out our timing right. We'll have to do dinner again.
Can't wait till after tues!
It about time you came to! Haha! Seriously, I am glad you brought over that yummy dessert. I wanted to have more than one piece last night but Chad sair that I probably shouldn't. It was FANTASTIC, and I don't have to lie about it. I will switch with oreos anytime! Don't worry, its ok if you're gay, thats why you are going to go to ellen with me!
